My name is Liz and as a member of The Super Dave Team, my specialty is marketing. When meeting with realtors to decide which one is a right fit for you, make sure you look at their marketing plan and how they are going to keep in touch with you throughout the process! The last thing you want as a seller is NO PLAN from your realtor!
The Super Dave Team will put together a marketing plan for your property. We will utilize social media, our websites, websites such as Zillow and Realtor.com, make your home featured on our email newsletters and/or direct mailings and more! But, the first thing we will do is run comps and give you a personalized CMA, or comparative market analysis, so we know we are starting in the right price range to sell your home quickly. We also will be honest and up front with you on positives and negatives that will help or hinder your home selling process. We will:
- Measure for square footage
- Notate number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Ask for info on major updates including but not limited to: A/C, roof, furnace, siding
- Check out the overall condition of the home
- Try to figure out if the house is able to be financed or what repairs need to be made to get it in the proper condition
- Look at curb appeal
And, once we get a listing, we do not stop communication until you get an offer either. We will send seller reports so you know exactly what we are doing to help sell your property. Plus, we communicate via text, phone calls, emails, social media messaging, etc. making it easy to get a hold of us when you need something!
